4-3-16: ILLUMINATION IN ROUTE 83 CORRIDOR:
For the purposes of this chapter no sign shall have blinking, flashing, or fluttering lights or other illuminating device which has a changing light intensity, brightness, or color. Beacon lights are not permitted. (Ord. 0-38-94, 9-6-1994)
