4-3-3: SCOPE:
From and after the effective date of this sign code, the use of all signs and portions of signs erected, altered with respect to height and area, added to, or relocated in the City shall be in conformity with the provisions of this sign code. (Ord. 0-38-94, 9-6-1994)
