Any owner of property who fails to remove the improvements identified herein within fourteen (14) days of notice from the City, and who fails to maintain the property in accordance with the provisions of this section 4-1-15 shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day's violation shall be considered a separate offense. The City may enter upon the property to cause the removal of the structures which are maintained on such property in violation of this provision. In such case the City's costs, along with a reasonable administrative fee, shall operate as a lien against that property. In such case, the City Administrator shall cause a notice of lien to be filed against the property in the Office of the DuPage County Recorder of Deeds. (Ord. 0-43-12, 12-17-2012; amd.
