The owner of any such abandoned building shall maintain landscaping on the grounds, including the parkway, in a reasonable condition, in compliance with all City ordinances regarding maintenance and outdoor landscaping. All buildings shall be secured. Debris, graffiti, abandoned vehicles, and garbage shall be removed from the property within forty eight (48) hours' notice by the City. (Ord. 0-43-12, 12-17-2012; amd.
