4-1-10-2: AMENDMENTS TO PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE:

The International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in section 4-1-10-1 of this chapter shall be amended as follows:

Section 101.1 - Insert "city of Darien" for [name of jurisdiction].

Section 106.4 - Penalties. Revise to read as follows:

   See the city code of Darien for penalties for violations of the provisions of this code.
