4-1-7-3: AMENDMENTS TO PLUMBING CODE:
The Illinois Plumbing Code, as adopted in section 4-1-7-1 of this chapter, shall be amended as follows: (Ord. 0-30-15, 10-5-2015; amd. Ord. 0-15-18, 8-6-2018)
All new plumbing fixtures and irrigation controllers installed after the effective date hereof shall bear the WaterSense label (as designated by the U.S. environmental protection agency WaterSense program), when such labeled fixtures are available. (Ord. 0-30-15, 10-5-2015)
