The standards and specifications, rules and regulations of the National Fire Protection Association National Electrical Code, 2014 edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association except as amended herein, are hereby adopted as the standards and specifications, rules and regulations for installation, alteration, repair and use of electrical equipment, subject however, to the additional standards and specifications, rules and regulations as hereinafter set forth, and except where they are in conflict with the other provisions of this code and said code is hereby incorporated herein by reference, one copy of which is on file in the office of the City.
