(A) Employment Of Minors: It shall be unlawful for any licensee or employee of the licensee to engage or employ or permit any person under the age of twenty one (21) to tend bar and to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor in any licensed retail premises. It shall be unlawful to employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years in connection with the sale or delivery of alcoholic liquor.
(B) Employees: It shall be unlawful to employ in any licensed premises any person who has any contagious or infectious disease if such person would be employed in any capacity that entails the handling, preparation or distribution of food, nonalcoholic beverages and alcoholic liquor.
