(A) All licensed premises shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be kept in full compliance with this Chapter. No licensed premises shall be operated or occupied in violation of any building, fire, health or safety code, rule, regulation, occupancy or capacity limitation established or adopted by the City or the State.
(B) Maximum capacity or occupancy restrictions shall be established for each licensed premises by the Building Department and shall be posted in no less than two (2) prominent locations in the particular premises. (Ord. 0-39-94, 9-19-1994)
(C) All licensed premises shall enforce and comply with the smoke free Illinois act, 410 Illinois Compiled Statutes 82/1 et seq. ("act"). Additionally, no licensee, his/her manager, agent or employee shall permit or suffer to maintain on the licensed premises any person who is smoking in or about the premises in violation of the act.
