3-3-11: ATTIRE:
   (A)   The wearing of any topless or similar costumes by any licensee, employee, associate, agent, member, officer, representative or independent contractor of such licensee, whether compensated or not, shall be strictly prohibited during the course of the sale, distribution, service, pouring, mixing, drawing, dispersion or delivery of alcoholic liquors of every description, either independently or in conjunction with food or foodstuffs, across a bar or at a table.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any employee, associate, agent, member, officer, representative or independent contractor of such licensee, whether compensated or not, at any time on the premises or in the course of the conduct of the business to which the license provided under this Chapter applies, to:
      1.   Expose his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region.
      2.   Expose any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region.
      3.   Expose any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee to permit or allow any person described in subsection (A) or (B) of this Section to violate any of the provisions hereof. (Ord. 0-39-94, 9-19-1994)
