Solid waste may be disposed of only by 1 of the following methods:
(A) By burning in an incinerator of a type approved by the Health Director as safe and sanitary; or
(B) By burying in a sanitary landfill that is designed, operated and equipped in accordance with the recommendations in Special Bulletin No. 411 of the state’s Board of Health, Sanitary Engineering Division, entitled Rules and Regulations Providing Standards for Solid Waste Disposal.
