§ 50.33 PERSONS HOLDING EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO COLLECTED SOLID WASTES TO PROVIDE ALL REASONABLE COLLECTION SERVICES REQUESTED.

When the exclusive right to collect solid waste in an area is granted, the permit holder shall provide all reasonable collection services requested in the specified area.
