Solid waste collection equipment and vehicles shall be leak-proof and covered with a canvas or other substantial material, or otherwise constructed so as to prevent leakage and spillage of the solid waste, and shall be approved by the Health Director. Truck beds in which garbage is hauled must be cleaned daily.
