The operation of golf carts in those areas specified in § 100.30 shall be lawful during the ours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. eastern (daylight) savings time until October 1 and from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. until the end of eastern (daylight) savings time.
