The applicant for a permit under this chapter must provide to the Town Manager all information requested including but not limited to the following information:
(A) Date on which the party will occur;
(B) Location at which the party will occur;
(C) Number of persons expected to attend the party;
(D) Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the owner of the location at which the party will occur;
(E) Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the applicant;
(F) If the applicant is not a natural person, the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the principal officer and registered agent of the entity;
(G) A narrative describing the security plan for the event;
(H) A narrative describing the parking and traffic control plan for the event;
(I) A certification from the Danville Zoning Administrator that the location of the event is allowed under the Danville zoning and land use regulations and ordinances;
(J) A narrative describing the emergency evacuation plan for the event;
(K) The amount of admission charge;
(L) The hours of the event;
(M) A floor plan of the facility, structure or improvements to be used for the event; and
(N) Any and all other information required for the Town Manager to reasonably evaluate the application.
