§ 34.08  UTILITY PLANT REPLACEMENT FUND.
   (A)   Fees collected from a customer for wastewater service including but not limited to payments for tap charges, tap fees, and connectioncharges shall be deposited into a separate account known as the "Plant Replacement Fund" as directed by the Wastewater Superintendent. Expenditures may be made from this fund for the purpose of improving, replacing, and extending the town's wastewater system.
   (B)   Fees collected from a customer for water service including but not limited to payments for tap charges, tap fees, and connection charges shall be deposited into either the Plant Replacement Fund or the water utility operating fund in specified amounts as directed by the Water Superintendent. Expenditures may be made from this fund for the purpose of improving, replacing, and extending the town's water system.
