Violations of the chapter provisions set forth herein are designed as subject to admission of violation and payment of the designated civil penalty through the Ordinance Violations Bureau of the town in an amount not exceeding any limitations under I.C. 33-36-2-3 in accordance with the procedures of this chapter.
