(A) Prior to the issuance of mandatory water conservation the Town Manager in consultation with the water utility will issue a notice for residents to voluntarily conserve water in order to avoid the mandatory conservation.
(B) Measures are:
(1) Watering of lawns allowed as follows:
(a) Residents south of U.S. 36 odd numbered days.
(b) Residents north of U.S. 36 even numbered days.
(2) Use a broom to clean your driveway.
(3) Use a shut off nozzle on your hose.
(4) Do full loads of dishes and/or laundry.
(5) Check faucets, pipes, and toilets for leaks.
