A Policies and Procedures Manual, attached to Ord. 20-2009, has been developed and is incorporated herein by reference and is hereby approved. This Manual is to be used by the Danville Stormwater Utility and includes definitions, a description of how the stormwater user fee shall be determined and policies/procedures for billing and collection of the stormwater user fee.
