§ 97.39  TREE INVENTORY.
   The town, through the Committee and Staff Project Coordinator, shall compile and maintain an inventory of all trees and tree lawns within the public streets.
   (A)   This inventory should record the location, species, condition, size and, if known, the planting and maintenance history of these trees.
   (B)   This inventory should be kept up-to-date, with updates occurring annually at a minimum annually.
