§ 112.01 ADOPTION OF INDIANA FIRE CODE PROVISIONS.
   The town hereby adopts the provisions of the Indiana Fire Code in regards to the distance between the manufacture, distribution, or sale of fireworks and hazardous or combustible materials, as outlined in Section 5604.5.2 of the Indiana Fire Code.
