For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONSUMER FIREWORKS. Those types of fireworks defined by the State Fire Marshal as type 1.4G.
FIREWORKS MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, WHOLESALER, OR RETAILER. Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the manufacture, storage, distribution or sale of consumer or special fireworks.
SPECIAL FIREWORKS. Those types of fireworks defined by the State Fire Marshal as type 1.3G.
