§ 33.05 POOL PRIVILEGES FOR TOWN EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   By the powers vested in the Town Council and by the laws of the state, the full-time employees of the town shall be issued free admissions passes to the Danville Park Pool for themselves, their spouses and their dependents residing in their residence who have not attained the age of 18 years until further order of the Council.
   (B)   This benefit conferred upon the full-time town employees shall not be considered a term of employment, nor shall there be any contractual right to enjoy this benefit and the same may be terminated by the Council at any time, without any notice, to any town employee.
   (C)   The benefit conferred upon the town employees or their spouses and dependents under the age of 18 residing in their residence is a conditional benefit which can be terminated for any individual at the election of the Board, without any notice or explanation for the actions of the Board.
   (D)   The Clerk-Treasurer, the Town Manager or others, at their instruction, are to provide identification to the town employees and their spouses and dependents, for free admission to the Danville Park Pool and shall make an accounting of the same.
