(A) No person shall have, in his or her possession, any lighted tobacco product, tobacco derivative, including, but not limited to pipes, cigars, cigarettes or other devices used for the smoking of tobacco or tobacco derivatives, while within any building owned by the town.
(B) Any person who defaces or removes a posted sign indicating that smoking is prohibited from a building owned by the town without proper authorization may be subject to a fine for each violation.
