§ 32.06  CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Citizens Advisory Board (“CAB”).  The CAB shall be comprised of five members: one a member of the Town Council; one a Waste Management representative; and three residents of the town, appointed by Council. 
   (B)   Meetings of the CAB shall take place once each calendar quarter when called by the Town Council member, who shall serve as Chairman.
   (C)   The purpose of the CAB shall be to monitor ongoing facility operations, address any citizen complaints which may arise (including those of property owners adjacent to the facility with respect to well water quality at their properties), and provide input regarding end use of the facility.  In addition, the CAB shall have such further responsibilities as may be agreed upon between the town and Waste Management.
