§ 130.04 TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS.

It shall be an unlawful offense for any persons to conspire to, assist or in any way be responsible for fire hydrants being tampered with, opened, let drain or in any way to maliciously or mischievously injure or cause to be injured any fire hydrant owned by the town or located within the town limits.
