§ 111.04 RENEWAL OF PERMIT.

Any person holding a taxicab permit to operate a taxicab in the town shall be permitted to renew the permit annually, so long as the holder complies with all laws and ordinances controlling same, and so long as the holder meets the approval of the Town Council.
