§ 111.03 PERMIT REQUIRED; LIMIT.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any taxicab in the town, as a regular carrier for hire, without having first obtained a taxicab permit and paid to the town a $10 per month fee in advance.

(B) The number of taxicab permits which may be issued by the town shall be limited to one permit for each 2,500 of town population or fraction thereof.
