§ 111.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CAB STAND.  Any space which is set aside by the proper officers of the town for the standing, stopping and parking of any taxicab.
   TAXICAB.  Any motor vehicle operated by any person or his or her duly authorized agent in the town for hire, which is properly licensed as a cab in the town.
