§ 96.01  PURPOSE.
   I.C. 9-22-1-30 and 9-22-1-31 authorizes the town to enact provisions concerning the disposition of abandoned vehicles. For the purposes of this chapter, the term “abandoned vehicle” shall be defined as set forth by I.C. 9-13-2-1.
