§ 95.18  EXEMPTIONS.
   If an animal is ruled to be a vicious animal under and solely on account of § 95.15, the ruling shall become null and void as of the date on which the owner of the animal fully complies with all applicable federal and/or state laws concerning the licensing of the animal.
