(A) Upon written application by a person or entity subject to the provisions of this subchapter, the Town Manager may, if determined that the action is consistent with the public safety and interest, grant a waiver of any requirement set out in this subchapter on projects or projects to be performed by that person requesting the waiver.
(B) All waivers so granted shall be in writing and remain in effect unless and until revoked in accordance with this subchapter. All applications for waiver shall be made directly to the Town Manager.
