§ 94.06  COMPLETION NOTICE.
   (A)   All permit holders shall notify the town through its Clerk-Treasurer’s office, in writing, upon completion of the work encompassed by the permit.
   (B)   The letter shall be signed by the permit holder and sent to the following address:
      Supt. of Public Works
      147 W. Main Street
      Danville, IN 46122
