(A) Any person upon whom a complaint is issued pursuant to this chapter, except for parking violations, shall appear at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office to admit or deny the violation within seven days of the issuance of the complaint, or shall have delivered his or her admission and entire penalty payment or written denial to the Clerk-Treasurer’s office within seven days of the issuance of the complaint.
(B) Any person upon whom a complaint for a parking violation is issued pursuant to this chapter, shall appear at the Police Department administrative office to admit or deny the violation within seven days of the issuance of the complaint, or shall have delivered his or her admission and entire penalty payment or written denial to the Police Department administrative office within seven days of the issuance of the complaint.
