§ 93.09  PREPARATION AND MAILING OF NOTICES.
   (A)   All notices herein and all statements, evidence and cost to the town shall be forwarded to the owner or occupant of the premises.
   (B)   For purposes of an address, the Clerk- Treasurer can utilize the current given legal address for real estate tax purposes set out in the County Auditor’s office.
