§ 93.07  GRASS CLIPPINGS, TREE LIMBS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   (1)   No person shall discharge or permit the discharge of grass clippings, tree limbs or other vegetation upon any public street or alley in the town.
      (2)   The grass clippings, tree limbs or vegetation which may be so discharged shall be immediately removed by the person causing or permitting the discharge.
   (B)   (1)   Since grass clippings, tree limbs and vegetation are left unremoved for more than one day on any town street might cause clogging of the town’s sewer system, the grass clippings shall be deemed to be abandoned.  The town employees are hereby empowered to pick up the abandoned grass clippings, tree limbs and other vegetation and the cost shall be paid by the owner of the property.
      (2)   The cost for removing of grass clippings, tree limbs and other vegetation shall be based on the time consumed by the pick-up crew, the cost of disposal and expense of enforcement of this subchapter, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney fees for the necessity thereof.
