It is a violation to:
(A) Allow the accumulation of litter, waste, boxes, lumber, metal, disused or inoperable motor vehicles, appliances, furniture and the like; or
(B) Allow a rank growth of grass, weeds or other vegetation to become unsightly, unsanitary, obnoxious, a fire hazard or a blight to the senses.
