Any person, company, corporation or entity shall not violate any of the provisions of this subchapter as follows. Maintaining a common nuisance is making, using or operating any building, vehicle, structure, receptacle, yard, lot or premises so as to cause a nuisance or be dangerous or detrimental to public health and safety.
