§ 91.04 VIOLATION.
   (A)   The owners of the real estate or occupants in possession, tenants, lessees of real property within the corporate limits of the town upon which the litter items or objects are placed in any manner in or upon any public way or other public place adjoining their real estate fail to abate the violation of this chapter by the prompt removal of the items within the six hours allowed by this chapter they shall be guilty of violation of this chapter. Upon a finding of guilt by the Court of competent jurisdiction, they shall be fined and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the item or object is allowed to remain upon the public way or other public place in the town adjoining the property.
   (B)   Any person or entity found depositing items or objects in or upon the public way or other public place in the town and found guilty of the violation of this subchapter, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the item or object is permitted to remain upon any public way or other public place in the town.
