It shall be unlawful for any owner of real property, in person or by its agent, employee or servant or any occupant of real property to allow unsheltered storage of any item or object upon any public way or other public places in the town and any storage for a period of more than six hours is hereby declared to be a violation of this chapter and dangerous to the public welfare and safety.
