§ 30.03  BLANKET BOND FOR PUBLIC OFFICIALS.
   The Town Council is authorized to obtain a blanket surety and crime bond, pursuant to I.C. 5-4-1-18.  The Clerk-Treasurer’s bond shall be in the minimum amount of $25,000.
