(A) There shall be passes allocated to the elected and appointed county officials who are on daily duty. The passes shall be allocated as follows.
(B) The Town Council is hereby authorized to issue passes and set regulations for their use. The passes are to be obtained at the office of the Town Manager. The Town Council may assign additional passes or eliminate them as it finds necessary.
