(A) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle for a time longer than two hours in a designated parking space in the downtown traffic area.
(2) All handicap parking spaces in the downtown area shall be limited to five hours.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to move, re-park or otherwise relocate a motor vehicle to the same position or another position on the same side of the street within the same block within the downtown traffic area for two or more consecutive two-hour periods.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, hide or vandalize, in any way, any markers or indicators showing the length of time a vehicle has been parked in a specific parking space or block where time restrictions are in effect.
(D) The downtown traffic area is hereby declared to be the following streets or parts of streets.

(E) The Town Council hereby establishes additional parking spaces by setting the following minimum distances from the corners of streets in the downtown parking area.
