SCHEDULE I. SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES.
   (A)   No driver of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park the same on any street in the town designated and sign posted as a “snow emergency route” when such an emergency is declared by the Street Commissioner or the Chief of Police.
   (B)   Any vehicle found to be stopped or parked in violation of this schedule shall be subject to tow-in and removal and towed away by a commercial towing service. The vehicle shall be stored in a safe place and shall be returned to the owner of the vehicle upon payment of a reasonable commercial tow-in fee and storage fee under the circumstances, plus the owner shall pay the parking fine assessed for the violation hereof.
   (C)   The following streets in the town shall be and are hereby designated as snow emergency routes.
