SCHEDULE VI. TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNAL INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   A traffic-control signal shall be a device, which is manually, electrically or mechanically operated, by which traffic is alternately directed to stop and proceed.
   (B)   No driver of any vehicle shall disobey the instructions of any official traffic- control signal unless at the time otherwise directed by a police officer. All traffic shall observe and obey all traffic-control devices. It is hereby ordered and ordained that the following intersections in the town be and are hereby established as traffic-control signal intersections.
