SCHEDULE IV. STOP INTERSECTIONS.

(B) The driver of a vehicle shall stop in obedience to a stop sign as required at an intersection where a stop sign is erected at one or more entrances and shall proceed cautiously into the intersection after first coming to a full stop unless traffic at the intersection is being controlled by a police officer.
