(A) (1) The Town Board of Police Commissioners, upon issuing a bicycle license, shall also issue a license plate bearing the license number assigned to the bicycle.
(2) The Town Board of Police Commissioners shall cause the license plate to be firmly attached to the rear mudguard or frame of the bicycle for which issued in a position as to be plainly visible from the rear.
(B) No person shall remove a license plate from a bicycle during the time the bicycle is to be operated upon any street, roadway or bicycle path in the town.
