§ 71.02  MILITARY RECRUITERS; SPECIAL PRIVILEGES.
   There shall be authorized, for the use of military recruiters, the right to park at any space without being in violation of this traffic code, provided that the vehicles are U.S. Government vehicles as evidenced by a duly authorized U.S. Government license plate.
