§ 76.06 SPEED LIMIT.
   (A)   Permitted off-road vehicles shall adhere to all posted speed limits.
   (B)   The Town Council may alter the speed limit for permitted off-road vehicles if the posted speed limit poses a danger. This chapter shall be amended from time to time to reflect any such alteration.
