§ 76.04 USE AND OPERATION ON DESIGNATED TOWN ROADS.
   (A)   Permitted off-road vehicles may be operated on town roads. Permitted off-road vehicles must be operated in a reasonable and safe manner, subject to all local ordinances, state laws (see I.C. 14-16-1 et seq. and I.C. 9-18.1-14 et seq.), state regulations, and the terms and conditions of this chapter.
   (B)   Permitted off-road vehicles may not be operated on sidewalks, multi-use trails, or any unpaved surfaces of public property.
   (C)   The Town Council may prohibit the operation of permitted off-road vehicles on any town roads if the operation of permitted off-road vehicles poses a danger. This chapter shall be amended from time to time to include those town roads deemed unsuitable for such operation.
