§ 76.03 PERMITTED OFF-ROAD VEHICLES.

(A) Aside from the off-road vehicles described in division (B) below, off-road vehicles may be operated on town roads (“Permitted Off-Road Vehicles”).

(B) All-terrain vehicles designed for travel on three non-highway or off-highway tires shall not be permitted to operate on town roads.
